A Letter from the OMS Committee Chair
Dear Colleagues,
Optometric Management Symposium 2023 was an amazing event! It was gratifying to receive so much positive feedback. Some examples: “Awesome conference.” “Most engaged I have been at a conference in a long time.” “Thank you for putting on such an impactful event.”
Speaking of impact, two doctors each shared stories of life-saving patient experiences that they directly attributed to OMS courses, which is incredible.
On behalf of the BroadcastMed (BCM) team and myself, let me say it was such a joy to see you, your families, and teams all enjoying OMS. Yes, the education, which included TQ, Florida required Jurisprudence and Medical Errors, and a total of 48 hours of CE, was amazing, the camaraderie with colleagues and vendors is what I loved.
As much as OMS 2023 was fabulous, 2024 is not to be missed. We will return to Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club to, once again, feature amazing speakers and offer options for CEE, TQ, and practice management education.
I know I will see you there, and I hope you’ll also bring your teams. Each year, my team looks forward to OMS. In fact, we plan a year ahead for them to join me for Friday and Saturday classes and Sunday fun. The symposium is a wonderful end-of-year reward your team’s hard work.
Here are the 2024 details:
If you were with us in 2023, then you know the entire BCM team puts their hearts and more into making OMS an event you will always remember. We’re committed to that same level of excellence this year, making OMS 2024 an event that is life changing, bringing value to you, your patients and your practice.
I look forward to seeing you there.
