Stephanie Tran OD, FAAO, FSLS

Dr. Stephanie Tran (Coastal Vision) has a passion for studying anterior segment disease, for which she pursued an additional year of residency training in Cornea and Contact Lens with an emphasis in Ocular Disease at The Ohio State University Havener Eye Institute. There, she specialized in fitting advanced scleral and rigid gas permeable contact lenses to manage complex ocular conditions, including keratoconus, corneal dystrophies, corneal transplants and severe dry eye. Dr. Tran also pursued cutting edge clinical research on scleral lenses and continues to collaborate in clinical studies and present at conferences annually. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and the Scleral Lens Society (FSLS).
